The "buying a brand new phone"-experience on samsung.com was a bit broken. Why? You needed to add a SIM card separately to complete the journey of buying and using a Galaxy phone.

With the customer journey in mind, we created an operator partnership integration directly on samsung.com adding a great, smartphone-centered UX/UI experience with the aim of making the path ahead clear and reliable, as well as easy and smooth. This add-on service meant increased value for customers and new marketing areas closer to phone purchases for the operators.

The Result:
Sim As A Add-on For Every Series

Since 2020, starting with the S-series of smartphones, today the SIM add-on service has been included in S, A, and Z-series. The journey continues with new launches and updates in 2022 for both the Swedish and Norwegian markets, making the purchase journey quicker and more convenient with every click.
